There is no contact form here, on purpose, since a form is one more place to quietly collect data. Email reaches a person, and we read what comes in.

General & corrections

[email protected] — questions about the test, feedback, and anything you think we got wrong.

Privacy requests

[email protected] — anything to do with data and your rights under the privacy policy.

What we are glad to help with

Corrections are the most welcome of all. If a fact is off, a source is misread, or a sentence in a trait write-up is plain wrong, tell us and it gets looked at. We also answer questions about how the test works, how scoring is done, and where to read more. Press and partnership notes are fine to send too.

What we cannot do

We are not able to give personal psychological advice or interpret your result for your particular situation. It is not that we are unwilling; it is that doing so responsibly takes a qualified professional who can actually meet you, and a stranger answering email is not that. For anything touching your mental health, please see the note in the disclaimer and speak with someone qualified.

What to expect

This is a small operation, so replies are not instant. We aim to get back to genuine questions and corrections within a few working days. Messages that are clearly spam or automated promotion will not get a response.

If you are in distress or may be in danger, email is the wrong tool and we cannot help in time. Please contact a qualified professional, or your local emergency services or a crisis line, who can respond right away.
